Order Process
- After you successfully place an order at the Koshigawa Store, you will receive a transaction confirmation email immediately. The Koshigawa Store will arrange delivery on the delivery date you requested. Designated products may require longer lead times or may have special delivery methods. Please refer to product details for details.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time
- The order cut-off time is 9pm every day. The goods will be dispatched within the next working day at the earliest. If you need to arrange delivery for the next day, please pay attention to the order cut-off time.
Kasshikawa Store Flight Schedule

(The red day represents a market holiday in Japan. There are no air freight products on that day, so local delivery services will also be suspended. We apologize for the inconvenience!)
Delivery service (delivery service is provided, please read the following details carefully)
- Guests need to provide detailed address before the driver can deliver the goods to their door, including room, floor, number of seats, and housing estate name.
- Please ensure that there is a safe parking space (parking lot/platform/parking space) downstairs at the address. If there is no safe parking space downstairs at the address (such as double yellow line/single yellow line/no parking space, etc.), you can only arrange it downstairs. Delivery.
- Please inform the management office in advance that there will be a delivery service so that the driver can deliver the goods.
- For delivery addresses without lift service, delivery must be done downstairs at the address.
- For village house addresses, delivery can only be arranged at the parking lot at the entrance of the village.
- Our company's door-to-door delivery service does not include moving the goods into the house. Therefore, if the items in the house are damaged during transportation, the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage and will not compensate for it.
- The company's delivery logistics arrangement is from 12:00 noon to 20:00 (depending on flights and road conditions in each area. If there is any delay, we apologize for the inconvenience). There is no designated time for delivery.
- The delivery staff will call you to make an appointment for the approximate delivery time before leaving the car on the same day. Please make sure the phone can be answered normally. If you wait more than fifteen minutes, the driver will leave and the rescheduling fee will be $100.
- If the weather is bad and the Observatory announces the hoisting of Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the delivery service will be arranged separately. Please understand.
- If you want to cancel a paid order, a 10% handling fee of the customer's order will be charged. Therefore, before placing an order, please check whether the shipping address is free of charge or needs to be delivered by GOGOVAN to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded, so before placing an order, please check whether the shipping address is free or requires delivery by LALAMOVE / GOGOVAN to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
Special Arrangements Due To Bad Weather
- If the strong wind signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or due to weather effects, if there is severe flooding, road obstruction or closure on the day of delivery, or we judge that it is not possible to deliver the goods Delivery service will be delayed or suspended until safe weather conditions prevail. We will contact the customer to make further arrangements, and the replacement service will be completed within seven to ten working days.
- When a yellow rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 3 or below is hoisted, delivery services will remain normal, but there may be delays due to deteriorating road conditions.
Other
- Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded; the delivery date and address cannot be changed, it cannot be combined with other orders (including other online orders), and goods and services cannot be added later.
- If you need to change the delivery time for online orders, please contact us via WhatsApp at (+852) 9878 9281 (message only) 2 working days before the delivery date to make relevant arrangements. Otherwise we will charge a service administration fee of HK$200.
- If the goods are placed at the door or collected by the management office due to the customer's request, the customer will be responsible for any loss/damage resulting from this, and Taotao Mall will not be responsible for this loss/damage. Please note that some frozen products may become softer easily after being stored in the box for a period of time. Please refrigerate them as soon as possible after receipt.
- If no one answers the door at the delivery address on the day of delivery, the delivery fee will not be refunded. If you need to arrange delivery again, we will charge another delivery fee of $100.
- The consignee must be over 18 years old and be the authorized representative of the customer. Any instructions/information or actions provided by the consignee represent the customer himself.
Precautions
- Delivery orders are arranged by third-party logistics companies, and delivery dates cannot be changed or specified. You will receive an email notification 1-3 working days before delivery.
- After the transaction is successful, "Order Confirmation Notification" and "Official Receipt" will be sent to your email address.
• Free Shipping •
Free delivery to most areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories with purchases over HKD $800.
- Sheung Shui, Tin Shui Wai, Ping Shan and other places far away from the city center will need to add shipping charges of $80 to $100. If you have any questions, you can check on WhatsApp.
- Our company does not offer free delivery for the time being in the Peak, Mid-Levels, Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung, Ma Wan and remote areas.
- In the outlying islands area, delivery can only be arranged at the Central Pier.
- The scope of delivery service is limited. In some areas, you need to call GOGOVAN for delivery, and you must pay the freight yourself. If you have any questions about shipping details, please contact customer service first. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Even if the purchase exceeds HKD $800, the following areas are not within the scope of delivery service. You need to call LALMOVE / GOGOVAN for delivery, and you must pay the freight by yourself (including the parking lot fee at the pick-up area)
